What is Business Besties Mastermind all about?

  • “We’ve both been parts of masterminds in our business journeys and we both serve business entrepreneurs who are new to business and are looking for support. I think that is something, probably, we both needed at the beginning of our businesses—maybe not the beginning but you have a business, you have a business name. Now what? How do you grow your business? How do you make it become what you dream it to be?” – Teri
  • “What we want to do is to bring this to people who are in that place of, ‘I can’t spend $15,000.’ And we’re designing it in such a way that whatever the money you invest, easily you’re going to make it back if you implement the things that we talk about, and you take action, and you’re accountable for the things you say you’re going to do, and you work towards your goals. And we’re going to help you do that.” – Pam
  • “I want this to be a safe place. I know everybody always says there’s no dumb questions. But it does feel that way sometimes if you’re in a high-level, high ticket price mastermind, that there isn’t room for the newer questions, even if you missed the newer parts of business because of the way you grew.” – Teri

Who will the Business Besties Mastermind serve?

  • “Our audience is the people who, yes, you may not do things perfectly. Yes, you may say you want something and then discover, ‘Oh, I need to pivot because I don’t really want that,’ or, ‘That’s not in the best interest of myself or my customers.’ So there is space for growth, and chanage, and pivots. But helplessness, and powerlessness, and complaining without solution finding and taking action, I think is destructive to everybody in the group.” – Pam
  • “I know the first time I was in a mastermind, my income did double within a year. So I feel like it was the people I was with, and being able to keep up with the learning curve, and also being held accountable to, ‘What did you do last week?’ which that’s what we want to do.” – Teri

What kind of space are we going to create?

  • “Don’t let the word vulnerability scare you. Our goal is to make it a safe space so that you can be vulnerable and say, ‘This is really hard. I was crying on the bathroom floor yesterday,’ or, ‘I had a launch and I only made $200,’ or whatever. You can share the numbers. You can share your heart. You can share your emotions and be in a safe space while you’re also being that safe space for somebody else.” – Pam
  • “Pam and I are both able to think outside the box. So I hope that that’s part of this mastermind is if you bring something to us and you’re like, ‘I know that most people do it that way but this is what I’m thinking about my business,’ then we can pivot on that and spend some time coming up with different solutions or different ideas” – Teri
  • “We want to make this very accessible to females who are running lots of parts of life, not just a business. They’re running life.” – Teri
